The P&C Advantage: 25 Years of Inside Access
Financial Stewardship & Technical Precision
Our success is rooted in a rigorous analysis of manufacturing costs, accounting, and risk mitigation. By treating procurement as a financial science, we ensure that every dollar is optimized. We don't just manage orders; we provide the fiscal oversight and project management necessary to protect your capital and the project’s bottom line.
Strategic Sourcing & Value Engineering
We deliver on the promise of cost savings by knowing exactly where the "factory floor" margins are. My background as a manufacturer’s representative allows me to identify efficiencies and negotiate savings that others may miss—all without compromising the design intent. We know when a factory can do more and how they can do it better, ensuring the vision is realized efficiently.
Purchasing Power & Scalability
Through our diverse portfolio in hospitality, multi-unit residential, and senior living, P&C is able to leverage cost savings based on accumulative purchasing volume. No matter the scope, small or large, we are able to secure manufacturer-direct pricing and access the same expansive vendor resources usually reserved for much larger projects—passing that scale, stability, and access directly to our clients.
Core Value Proposition
I deliver a principal-led, boutique experience that bridges the gap between a designer’s vision and the project’s bottom line. By leveraging an insider's knowledge of manufacturing and a high-volume purchasing network, I protect design intent while identifying significant savings—ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget, and with total financial visability.

Sarah Peterson, Founder
“I grew up in a family business where our clients were often family friends. Maybe that’s why I’m wired to care so deeply about how my clients feel throughout the process. I believe that when we focus on the people behind the project, the bottom line takes care of itself.”
First Impression
Procurement&Co. (P&C) was established in November 2019, launching just as the global supply chain was about to face its greatest challenge. While the industry struggled with unprecedented delays, P&C hit the ground running. Originally focusing primarily on hospitality, we diversified during this challenging time, venturing into multi-unit residential and senior living as they became a larger part of our portfolio due to the shifting landscape of the industry. Clients of all sizes have subsequently benefited from this shift; by expanding our reach, we have secured more expansive vendor resources and have increased our ability to leverage pricing through our overall purchasing volume.
As I celebrated six years of independent procurement, sourcing, and purchasing in 2025, I reflect on and credit my previous 16 years of experience as an independent manufacturer's representative for bringing an insider perspective to the supply chain—an asset that proved critical during the global industry upheaval and remains rare in this field. My Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, coupled with a comprehensive industry background, allowed us to be agile during a critical time—shifting manufacturing and adjusting logistics to factories and routes that could deliver despite global disruptions. With that foundation and a hard-earned reputation, we thrived through the pandemic, delivering on a commitment to be on time, under budget, and with total financial transparency.
I was fortunate to have support from my former co-founder as we established the firm's initial presence, and I wish her the very best with her new practice. However, the trajectory of Procurement&Co. has and will always be defined by professional collaboration and a reputation built over decades. I have an abundance of gratitude to the design community, general contractors, management companies, end-users, and vendors who have provided us with referrals of integrity. Based on these relationships, this agency was able to establish solely through word-of-mouth. While I am brought to the table by these valued partners, I never lose sight of the fact that it is always the client's project. My mission is to make procurement less cynical and more effective, collaborating as a team to deliver exactly what the client’s vision entails.
As the founder, I personally solidified the contracts for our most prestigious accounts and landmark projects. While I am not a designer myself, I am the specialist who takes the Designer’s package and brings that vision to the fore through a meticulous, professional purchasing process. Today, I have evolved Procurement&Co. into a boutique practice where you work directly and exclusively with me. You receive the same principal-level expertise that secured our firm’s largest projects, paired with hands-on, dedicated oversight. Pushing 25 years of industry experience, I’m able to analyze FF&E specifications to find the highest potential for savings without compromising quality, ensuring the design intent remains protected.
I am energized by the future of Procurement&Co. and the opportunity to continue bringing a fresh perspective and a tangible plan of action to your next endeavor. I look forward to discussing your unique project and exploring how we can build a successful, long-term collaboration together.
