Originally focused on hospitality, P&C strategically expanded into multi-unit residential and senior living, broadening our vendor network and leveraging overall purchasing volume to secure optimal pricing for clients of all sizes.
With nearly 25 years of industry experience, including 16 years as a manufacturer's representative coupled with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management, I bring an insider’s perspective to every project. This background proved vital during the pandemic, enabling P&C to adapt logistics, manufacturers, and routes dynamically to remain on schedule as expected.
Built entirely on word-of-mouth referrals, P&C collaborates closely with designers, general contractors, management companies, and vendors.
